Spam Filter - option to move spam-positives to a spam folder on the mail server
At present it seems the only options in dealing with emails the spam filter detects as spam are either (1) tag messages their subject lines, or (2) delete them completely at source.
Our experience is that (1) leaves a lot of undersirable junk still incoming to the email client programs, and (2) is very dangerous as emails from new customers can suffer a false positive and disappear forever, leaving us with no clue we just lost a customer / sale, or why!
Having a third option to move all spam-positives to a folder on the mail server would give us a much better overall experience, the folder could be checked occasionally to retrieve the false positives. It would be good to have a 'auto delete after X days' function on this folder so anything left in it is automatically deleted after the set number of days, (...in our case we would probably go for 45 days).
Thank you for your input!
Unfortunately, we have to close your request, because over the years it has not become quite popular for further implementation.
