To solve your issue, please contact your hosting provider (the company that hosts your website) and request support from them directly. Also you can ask this question on official Plesk forum.

I hope you have now updated from symfony 5.2, as now symfony is the leading, modern PHP framework and many users are seeking for it. I've gone through the following blog:
