Hi everyone, we have added this functionality in WPT 4.9, released yesterday. Let us know on our forums if you have any feedback. Thanks!

This would be very important feature.
This feature could be also implemented easily to Plesk to prevent multiple applications to be installed on same database (if no free database resources are available). On earlier Plesk versions it was like this, but later Plesk allowed installing WordPress (or other applications) even if free database resouces were not available. Then it would just put the new app's database in the same existing database.
There could be a setting (for example in panel.ini) to get the old feature back to limit the installable applications to the number of MySQL database resources in service plan. This way Plesk admin could control the amount of WordPress (and other apps) instances simply by setting the amount of available databases in service plan.

This is very important since we sell Wordpress hosting, I cannot leave the plan to install many Wordpress sites, also in sub-directory.
If the Plesk has ability to deactivate Wordpress Toolkit INSTALL option, like the we can do with Clone, will be perfect to prevent user to install many WP sites in sub-directory.
