This feature request got only very few votes over the course of 5 years. This may be owed to the fact that it poses indeed security risks to implement the requested model. Instead, Plesk focuses on making a server, the panel and subscriptions on that server secure. For these reasons we decline this request.

i had on my plesk server cretead ftp user and changed the home directory to thea own folder in the home directory. it would be good if you would set there soome restrictions
