Features to modify disk partition
As you have Health Check and indicate how the utilization is but no tools to modify the partition so we do not need to do it via line command (SSH)

As modification of disk partitions is a complex task, not supported in all environments and can also lead to severe damages, we have no plans to implement such a feature into Plesk. If at all, modifying partitions is a very basic operating system task that can have a strong impact on the availability of the operating system. It also normally requires a reboot of the server. This feature request has also only gotten 2 votes in 5 years. For these reasons we must decline it.
