Allow both HTTP and HTTPS version of websites to be forwarded. It's 2018, this is vital.
This is all about security, it's simply not a fully developed product without this facility and I am hugely shocked and surprised it doesn't already exist.
This feature is available since many years. Please accept our apologies that this feature request has not been updated when SSL for forwarding domains was introduced.

Since SSL became that much needed as by now, I often get response from customers, that they run in error while calling a forwarded URL.
I found out that they always typing https:///forwarded.url
So it is really needed, that forwarder urls are secured by SSL!
Thank you

So this actually isn't possible even in the msot recent version of Plesk?
Seems like a huge oversight to be honest given Google will be showing a privacy error if you're not HTTPS in coming months.
Slightly disappointed, thought Parallels Plesk was on the cutting edge, but it's clearly not if this is actually not possible in 2018.

Hi Plesk... is there any chance of some help after the first response or is the only way to resolve this a work around by a non Plesk employee? A prompt response like the initial one would be very welcome.......

The expected outcome is that the HTTPS version redirects to the correct forwarding address as the HTTP version does.
Instead, the HTTPS version redirects to the Plesk homepage as no SSL can be set and therefore Plesk does not recognise the domain with HTTPS so does it's default behaviour...

This is a domain that is being forwarded to another domain. There is no options for this or an option to an SSL to the forwarded domain to resolve this. Can you confirm this feature is available for forwarded domains, and in what version of Plesk, as well as some instructions on how to do this to a forwarded website?
