Add/install a new php version with CLI Windows
Possibility to add/install a new PHP Handler version using the CLI with Windows as OS.
As example the article from the linux:
To register a PHP handler for PHP of version 5.4, installed to /usr/bin/php-cgi as a FastCGI binary, using the php.ini located in /opt/plesk/php/5.4/etc/php.ini and to specify the path to the PHP CLI binary as /usr/bin/php :

+1 good idea, this would be really helpful because we will be transitioning from linux to windows soon and we regularly use this functionality on our linux servers.
