Allow selecting the IP address for domains with 'Forwarding' hosting type
Currently, if forwarder is resolving to another IP address, it is necessary to change the IP address via CLI for the forwarding to function correctly.
Please allow changing the IP address via GUI.
Reviewed and verified that the IP address of the domain can be selected from the "Web Hosting Access" page if the domain is configured as "forwarding".

For example, I want to create a domain as a forwarder on a server with several IP addresses. Domain is first created with hosting and default IP address. I then change the hosting type to forwarding, but the configuration file at /etc/httpd/conf/plesk.conf.d/forwarding/ contains the default IP address instead of the one domain really resolves to. Changing DNS settings in Plesk does not affect it, and Web Hosting Access menu with the drop-down list of IP addresses is not available for forwarders. Therefore it is necessary to execute plesk bin subscription --update example.com -ip <***.***.***.***>.
