Rename Google Authenticator extension
It's the TOTP implementation so it does not only work with Google Authenticator.
Call it like 2-Factor-Auth (or something similar) instead

Thank you for your feedback. It is correct; the extension can be used with every TOTP application.
We are working on an update and will consider the renaming to something more generic!

The extension also works with other TOTP applications as example Microsoft Authenticator, Authly, Duo App, etc.
So it would make sense to rename it to something more general.
