It should be possible for the admin to login as a reseller user, this is necessary to give good support to the reseller.
It is not pratical to ask the reseller is username/password to login for suport, CPANEL and HSPHERE does this correctly

This feature should also be available for regular user.
So if someone reports a problem with his account I dont have to change the password to enter the users account (to actually see what he sees) and then afterwards change the password again.
Some kind of "login as user"-feature

I agree with Oliver.
So far I had to copy all customer data "somewhere" (some text editor), rename currect customer, move his subscription/s somewhere or to someone, create new customer under new reseller, move subscription/s to newly created reseller, delete old customer because he has no subscriptions under him, paste copied data from "somewhere" to that new customer and save changes.
(send customer new plesk login if you dont know current one)

Definetly neccessary. Rally, I would like to create an Subscription for an Reseller, and I was not able to do this unless I got him to send me his Password. Thats really Bad.
Also I was not able -as an workaround- to create the Subscription in my Admin-Account and move this Subscription into his Reseller-Account for his Customer with his Hosting-Plan.
Looking forward to this Feature.
