Improvement in Backup Manager
The Backup Manager should be able to show the backups of all domains below the admin, including resellers.

I'd say he means there should be a place where *all* scheduled backups are listed. As of now, there are the system backups in Tools&Settings and the individual backups in the Websites&Domains, and you have to go through a lot of pages to see them all.
Use cases: see at a glance if any backups have not run successfully, if there are any subscriptions that have not been backed up for a long time, check when the next full backups are scheduled to estimate whether there is enough backup space ...
