Make PHP on Windows use the Non-Thread Safe Version
On Windows, IIS does not need the thread safe version of PHP. Using the thread safe version of PHP really slows down PHP website and delivers a sub-par experience. Please make PHP be non-thread safe so that we get better performance.
Also, Installing and enabling WinCache by default would be really nice!

We already ship PHP 5.4 and 5.5 as Non-Thread Safe Versions. Plesk 12.1 will also ship PHP 5.6 as Non-Thread Safe version
Please create a separate request for WinCache installation so that other idea supporters can vote for it.
