PHP ImageMagick webp support
The version of ImageMagick provided with Plesk packages does not have support for webp enabled by default. Almost all browsers now support this format.

It is not true. Not Plesk package, but ImageMagick package provided with OS vendor does not have support for webp enabled by default.
Please address your request to OS vendor.

Can you please add webp with imagemagick?
Yes you offer GD WebP, but the problem is that the GD version of WebP only supports lossy conversion. I want to use a library that provides Lossless WebP...

But you already provide plesk-php74-imagick
Delegates are already in place in /etc/ImageMagick-6/ but "apt install webp" doesnt do the job.
