Active and Pasive domains and hostings must list seperatly. When i list domains, only active domains must be listed, when i choose a combox "pasive domains" or "all" then pasive domains must be listed

Administrators can filter domains and subscriptions by many criteria. Please see the attached screenshots how to do it.
