Make subdomain creation like it was in Plsk 9.5.x
Having subdomains created like they were in Plesk 9.5.x are easier to manage and use as it uses the "SUBDOMAIN" folder in the vhosts folder.

Unfortunately, we have to close your request, because over the years it has not become quite popular for further implementation.

This is a useless feature request, as with Plesk 10 (as Sergey already stated) you can choose your own directory structure. So if you want you can still add the subdomains in /subdomains/whatever/.
It is good that this is now configurable in Plesk 11, as this improves ability to migrate from other CP's to Plesk.

well, wouldn't it be an option to set the path dynamically? or better to edit the skeleton for the subdomain folder?
for example: steven would like to have it in a folder called "subdomains" and then like only the subdomain name "name" ...
i would probably have it in "subdomains" and then a folder named like "name.domain.tld"
wouldn't it be great to specify the "skeleton" for this within plesk server settings? -

Since the change of architecture version 10.x PLESK this change has only caused problems. I had to do a complete reinstall of my server at this time because my site migration of subdomains did not turn out well. Why the change of architecture? What interest? We do not understand the logic of why and how.
We manage domains. Not a repetition directories. Subdomains are only sub-sites of a domain. It is best to manage subdomains within its domain.
Thank you to reinstate the old architecture and thank you to implement perfect scripts (and tested) migration to avoid disasters between sites and their links with their databases.
Thank you.

Genereally you can simply type "/subdomains/dir1" and have it the same as in 9.x. Totally up to you
