Shouldn't have removed the statistics option from which users where able to see the total traffic to their website, please add that option b

The statistics page shows the total traffic in the right box labelled "Traffic". More statistics are available from the selected statistics package, e.g. AWStats that can be selected from the "Hosting Settings" page of a domain. This also shows the number of visitors per day and other useful data.

Earlier their use to be an option in the statistics menu where we could see the number of visitors per day according to the date and month that was very helpful in order to get an idea of traffic and what content is more popular but now I couldn't find that option so it would be great if that option is available again.
I don't think their would be any negative impact of this as this feature was quite helpful for many users to keep a track of traffic coming to their website
