Ability to manage "Reset password" methods in Plesk login page "Forgot your password?"
Currently, in Plesk we have two ways of resetting password in "Forgot your password?" - Email address and Username.
But there is cases, when users are not doing well with web interfaces so these two options can mislead them.
On other hand, when there is only one way to reset a password it is lesser chance to mess something up.
In cognitive psychology there is no evidence that a choice of only two options can be too much. The dialog box gives very clear, simple instructions "Enter your email address, or username", too. It is hard to believe that these simple instructions could cause an overload.
By experience, users may not remember their username, but they know their email address. Some users don't know their mail address they used for the subscription, but they know their username. Omitting either one will decrease the chance that a user can self-serve a password reset.
