Tools & Settings -> Mail Server Settings -> Mail Queue : this page needs a search box, where some common fields could be searched
Tools & Settings -> Mail Server Settings -> Mail Queue : this page needs a search box that would allow some common message header fields to be searched (From, To, Subject, and maybe age and size), so only certain messages could be displayed and selected for deletion.

On Linux Plesk 11, I already have the ability to search by Subject, Sender, and Recipient. There is a little down arrow on the right side that you may have to click in order to see the search form. Plus you can sort the columns which makes it easier to find messages of specific size or age.
