However, it takes some work to find the right URL to use. It would be nice if there was an easier way to accomplish this.

Could you explain why total subscription size is not enough? Why you would need a separate limit for mail content and web content?
UPD: reopened after new comments received
An error occurred while saving the comment Jennifer Arsenault commentedI would like to be able to set default size separate from the max size. Right now, what I set in admin is used for both. I need to set a high max because a few mailboxes need it, but I don't like that it's used as the default.
My clients use POP and don't need large mailboxes. But then some set mail client to leave mail on server indefinitely and fill up their mailbox. They don't realize that it doesn't delete from the server when they delete from client. With just a few mailboxes maxed out, the whole web space ends up full.
And it doesn't matter how many times I explain that they should change the mailbox size and/or that they shouldn't leave mail on server.

The SMTP banner uses the server hostname. This is causing some of our email to be blocked. Plus, we are unable to get whitelist certified because of this. When an IP has a default domain, that domain should be used in the SMTP banner in place of the hostname.
I've tried editing the Postfix config myself, but it doesn't seem to be working. There must be something else in place that is overriding my settings.
See these two forum posts for further explanation.
