This seems like it should be a simple feature to implement.

I can't have bounce messages silently discarded because the config file was overwritten. I have included a custom header in outgoing messages, but thousands of bounces don't include the original headers or message. So I have to process these manually. This is hurting our sender reputation.

Custom workarounds are good short term measures, but don't help long term when updates overwrite the config files. There is a feature request under review in regard to overwriting main.cf

I've added shortcuts on the admin home page to a few databases by using Tools & Settings > Panel Appearance > Custom Buttons, and I've also added some shortcuts to the subscription main page by using Account > Additional Services. However, it takes some work to find the right URL to use. It would be nice if there was an easier way to accomplish this.

I would like to be able to set default size separate from the max size. Right now, what I set in admin is used for both. I need to set a high max because a few mailboxes need it, but I don't like that it's used as the default.

My clients use POP and don't need large mailboxes. But then some set mail client to leave mail on server indefinitely and fill up their mailbox. They don't realize that it doesn't delete from the server when they delete from client. With just a few mailboxes maxed out, the whole web space ends up full.

And it doesn't matter how many times I explain that they should change the mailbox size and/or that they shouldn't leave mail on server.

I'm pulling votes from other suggestions just so I can give this the maximum votes. This has become a critical issue for us.

The SMTP banner uses the server hostname. This is causing some of our email to be blocked. Plus, we are unable to get whitelist certified because of this. When an IP has a default domain, that domain should be used in the SMTP banner in place of the hostname.

I've tried editing the Postfix config myself, but it doesn't seem to be working. There must be something else in place that is overriding my settings.

See these two forum posts for further explanation.

Apparently, setting recipient_delimiter doesn't help anyway. The email is accepted and passed to plesk_virtual. But then it is silently discarded.
