@stanislav - Thank you, that makes it much easier. It doesn't work in "Expanded Row View", but it is a big improvement. (I can't seem to respond directly to your post)

My question at this point is... if it is so easy to add columns like this, why are these not simple options for the user to choose from to enable columns?

Hello Mike,

Currently, there is a hint about the hosting location of each domain available by hovering the "Folder" button at the right side of the list.

Alternatively, you may get the "Hosting location" column back by adding the following lines to the panel.ini file:

[dynamicList] showColumnHostingLocation = on

For us, the big one that is missing is the hosting location (where the files live) as we have multiple versions of the product that we constantly move clients to/from. We use an alpha/beta/live system that works really well to minimize bugs and disruptions, but it's very difficult to tell which client is on which version to know whether or not we need to move them.

However, knowing the traffic used per domain, status, size, SSL status, etc is also very helpful.

Ideally, we should be able to choose the columns we need to get a quick snapshot of how all of our domains are doing at a mid to high level so that we don't have to open them all up one by one.

Hello Stanislav. I wouldn’t necessarily suggest it is added to the domain list. I am think more along the lines of the left-hand menu, perhaps under the server management group.
I cannot speak for everyone, but the reason I would like this is whilst we get notification that a certificate is due to expire, I rarely ever check it has actually renewed correctly and I’m not ever likely to go into each domain to check expiration status.
What I would like to see is a prominent link that is always visible showing the number of domains whose certificate is due to expire, say within the next 14 days. And, if any have failed to renew, the link is red in order to draw immediate attention to this.
Something like the attached.

Hi everyone, I'm currently working on the improvements to the domain list.

I have to say that before implementing any column customization in Plesk, we need to make sure that we really need that many columns in the user interface. For every column, we have to understand:
1. What is your related problem/task, and how often do you encounter it?
2. How the problem is solved now, without this column?
3. How will the problem be solved if the column is added to the list of domains?

Knowing the answers to these questions, I can discuss adding columns with confirmed demand with the development team.

This has become incredibly painful for us. Please either implement this or give us back the Classic list until it is. You basically ripped out functionality without replacing it and it's making our lives miserable.

With Plesk version .51 the Classic list view got replaced by the "Dynamic list view - show websites on a separate page" option. Which looks great but has some serious disadvantages over the Classic list view. For instance the Classic list view also listed the disk usage, traffic usage and hosting location (document root) for each domain. This data/information is missing from the Dynamic list view and would be a very welcome addition to return. As it makes it easier for both administrators and customers to view useful domain data/information at a glance.

For this reason I voted for this feature and I hope it gets adopted into a future version of Plesk soon.

This makes my life a lot more difficult by not being able to see a quick list of what is happening with my domains/subdomains.

I would go so far as to say that since the "Classic" list has been fully removed from newer versions, this is less of a feature request and more of a bug request as we've lost functionality that we used to have.

For instance, I personally do not need to see the Hosting Type and Expiration Date columns and would much rather prefer to see the SSL certificate expiration date. I’m sure others would prefer different column views so making it so that one can choose the columns they want displayed would, I believe, be a useful addition.
