Access to the action log under the customer
Provide the possibility to get information from the action log under the customer that is related to the domains and objects that belong to this customer.
We've started to research what is required by the panel to satisfy NIS2, internal ID PPM-5343.

In my view, this should not be something suitable for normal user voice handling. This is about compliance with the EU directives NIS and NIS2. Both of those directives point out DNS management as an especially important area for the infrastructure critial actors covered by the directive, and there, keeping track of changes is a fundamental requirement.
So, if Plesk does not solve this, actors who operate the DNS functions for such actors will have to change the operating platform for their DNS management.
It is a simple solution and it simply needs to be solved and we need to explain to our customers in these sectors very shortly how we intend to solve the problem of transparency.
