List of terms and definitions (glossary)
As an autodidact in reselling and hosting, and as a non native English speaker, I keep wondering: What EXACTLY do they mean by customer, subscription, log rotation etc.
All available explanation tends to point to and from or back to itself somehow, never gives you a basic and fundamental definition - at least not enough for me!

A valid point.
A clear definition for most of the terms used would help clarify many doubts.
It is often hard to understand what Parallels / Plesk actually means by certain terms, and sometimes the meaning of terms gets changed between Plesk versions.
