Add PHP pcntl support

I'm try to running and HelpDesk software that is requiring pcntl support.
I have no idea on how can I safety enable support for PHP pcntl support.

I need enable support for pcntl_signal.

Would be useful some instructions.

    A read only help center with limited access where I had already searched for such guide to have pcntl enabled but nothing found.
    Thanks anyway.
