Enable Master Users; Single User Accounts that can reach multiple subscriptions within our DV Account.
Unfortunately, we have to close your request, because over the years it has not become quite popular for further implementation.

Exactly. Multiple subscriptions, but not all. The issue is that every time we need to give our external developers access to one of our subscriptions, we need to create a totally unique Login for them, for each subscription.
CURRENT SCENARIO
If we have 20 subscriptions and 4 external (independent) development teams, we would need to create/manage 80 unique user accounts to grant these teams access to each subscription.Instead, we would like to create/manage 4 user accounts with the ability to assign them to multiple subscriptions.

Can we have users that can access only certain domains within a single subscription? We have one development server housing multiple sub-domains; each sub-domain is for a unique website. Giving a single user access to only some of these sub-domains within the subscription would be ideal.. - Lmk if this is unclear.

Exactly, a Master User would need access to multiple subscriptions, but not all; only those they are assigned to, by myself the Master Admin.
A Master User would be the equivalent of a Website Master or "Producer", sometimes a freelance developer that manages the development process from start-to-finish-to-maintenance. So, the ability to assign a Master User access to multiple subscriptions, but not all, would be a major time saver and also a crucial layer of security for us.
