Change name of testing directory "test"
As I see all domains have virtual directory "test" and many users use folder test on CMS, but then try to open http://domain.com/test/ need to enter login and password.
1)Can you create some button for enable or disable create this virtual directory "test", when create new domain or update old domain.
2) Posibility to change/delete all virtual directory (which created default) from the Plesk Control Panel.

all folders are defined in so called “virtual host template” you can define your own template and upload it. It is as simple as archive file
