Customize what additional administrative accounts can see in the panel
Create something like a "service plan" that you can apply on administrative accounts defining thus what they can access.

For example i wouldn't like for a helpdesk user to have access to the server settings but just to be able to interact with subscriptions / customers or that he could not change any of the given service plans and add-ons or create new ones. Generally speaking there must be a distinction of the type administrator and power user
