Provide ability to order new Subscription IP Addresses presented
IP addresses created in Panel are presented in the order in which they are created as the list of IP Addresses when creating a new Subscription but the "default Panel IP address" is always listed first as it is the first IP created. For a new Subscription, then, one has to move down the SELECT list to find a suitable IP address for the new Subscription. It would be nicer if the new Subscription IP Address SELECT list AVOIDED the first entry in the PSA IPAddresess table which would allow a Panel setup to define a "default new Suscription IP address" by starting with IPAddresses table entry #2. This would be more understandable and convient for Customer Service personnel who create a lot of new Subscriptions, as well as possibly making the process of creating a new Subscription easier and faster.
