Add max_connection to server-wide email settings
I frequently run into the problem not to be able to connect to my email server. The log shows: "Maximum connection limit reached"
If you have multiple email accounts, say for different domains, and you use them on your laptop, iphone and ipad, the connections sum up very quick one or the other can't connect anymore.
To get rid of this I'd like to have an option inside server wide email settings to be able to set MAXDAEMONS and MAXPERIP for courier-imap service, so I don't have to patch the /etc/courier-imap/imapd manually.

Options “Maximum number of connections (IMAP, POP3, IMAP over SSL/TLS, or POP3 over SSL/TLS)” and “Maximum number of connections for a user per IP address” already exists in server-wide Mail Settings in Plesk Onyx 17.8
