There is no need of "Subscriptions".. It is useless and disturbing a lot!
Term "Subscriptions" is of no any use and only disturbing a lot via email notification! You have purchase web hosting plan and just 30% used! though subscription will not allow to create new web hosting account due to "resources allotted to those 30%" !

You can use Plesk editions without all of the service provider overhead, like management of customers, resellers or subscriptions.
