Make Tomcat7 and Java 1.7 available as a downloadable extension.
There is Tomcat 6 available (with java 1.6), but this is awfully outdated and therefore an update is required.

This feature (Tomcat 7) is already available since upcoming version 12.1. You can check it on Plesk 12.1 Preview.
