monitor domain iis application pool
sometimes I have some domains that have the iis application pool stopped (crashed) but this cannot be viewed from within plesk,
They only way to see it is in IIS manager
Can we have it inside the plesk panel so that we can monitor application pools and in case one is stopped we can start it.

Provide the possibility to check the IIS Application pool settings via Plesk CLI.
Currently, the Plesk CLI utilities doesn't provide the specific IIS application pool settings applied on the domains.
It's very necessary to have this utility available in Plesk to have a better control of the resources and the limits applied to the domains via CLI.
