Allow a label or comment for mailing lists.
Just like the suggestion says :)

Sorry, mailing lists (mailman) are used by a small percentage of our users only, so we don’t plan adding more features into it (including labels)

Well, Mailman mailing lists has been developed many years ago and we rarely saw an interest to it.
Can you tell why you chose mailman mailing lists?
