Configuring Email Notifications for Resellers
Resellers should be able to configure the "Email Notifications" (http://download1.parallels.com/Plesk/Doc/en-US/online/plesk-administrator-guide/index.htm?fileName=59422.htm) like the admins, so they can have a whitelabled Hosting, independet from other Reselles and the Admin. Otherwise, all Clients, from different Reselles, get the same email.
In addition to that, a HTML Support, the Subject and the sender (email from) should be able to edit by each reseller, or by those, who have the permissions to do that.

As resellers have their own customers with whom they might want to use Mass Email Messages feature it would be useful to add such ability.

I fully agree. It is not more than logical if support for resellers is build in Plesk.

Email Notifications to customers should go from reseller id or let it go from plesk@domain.com and to reseller it can be sent from server admin id or plesk@serverhostname.com
Capnel does it similar way if it goes via reseller id that is better so if customer reply to that email he can attend it immediately

I think one of the most important features is HTML-Mail for the notifications.
I know there is still a wide discussion about it - but in ages from Smartphones & Co. - we should be able to send OWN styled Mails with HTML.I dont know if i should make a seperate topic for it?!
