  1. Add option to select default TLD for staging

Currently, WP Toolkit offers possibility to add a subdomain prefix for staging.

So, considering the main domain is "domain.tld", WP toolkit offers "staging.domain.tld" as an option.

We use a slightly different scheme, and it our setup our staging will looks like "domain.review" (note "review" instead of tld).

It will be nice to specify default staging tld (as it currently implemented for "staging" subdomain) and have possibility to use such scheme of the staging (instead of selecting the domain from the list manually)

  2. Sort update-able plugins/themes to top in wordpress toolkit.

Or at least give a header to click so to sort them up

  3. wordpress toolkit disable auto update

Plesk Web Admin version comes with a limited WP Toolkit.

It updates WP automatically and the option to deactivate the autoupdate is blocked because of licensing.

I understand that to handle updates from Plesk one should buy a Toolkit license but for the basic free version it should be possible do disable updates.

    Thank you.

  4. Allow Plugin sets to add plugins from wordpress.org catalog via WordPress Toolkit CLI

Please, implement a feature for adding plugins to plugin sets from wordpress.org catalog via WordPress Toolkit CLI

The CLI command 'plesk ext wp-toolkit --sets -operation add-plugin' requires a plugin to first be installed either in GUI or CLI using 'plesk ext wp-toolkit --plugins'.

The issue here is that the 'plesk ext wp-toolkit --plugins' command is currently unable to install plugins from wordpress.org in the same way that you can via the GUI.

As an example, look at this set which contains 2 plugins, one added using the command 'plesk ext wp-toolkit --plugins -operation add -source-url https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/w3-total-cache.0.9.7.zip'; and the other…

  5. More descriptive Action Log for WordPress Toolkit

Make Action Log more descriptive for actions such the ones in WordPress Toolkit.

I.E.: Actions are registered like the installation with full information like for example the version of the product however, when it gets updated, the versions are not shown anymore neither initial and final.

  6. Wordpress Toolkit Grant administrative access to existing user

We can't select an existing user when creating or editing a WordPress site with the toolkit.

Could we have the same behavior when creating from applications page?

  7. Refresh the page in a browser right after detaching a WP instance in WP Toolkit

Right after detaching an instance in Home > Wordpress it remains on the page because the page is not refreshed.
I suggest to invoke page refresh after detaching as it can confuse the customers.

  8. restrict installation of specific paid plugins/themes for WordPress

There should be the possibility to limit access to WordPress plugins/themes per a service plan.

  9. recipients of "Application Updates" mail

The mail is being sent to the mail address defined in
    /modules/wp-toolkit/index.php/domain/settings/id/<nnn>
It is also being sent to the customer´s mail address.
This may be helpful or not, it would be better to give an option to which recipients the mails should be sent.
Also more than one address, comma-separated, may give more comfort.

  10. Wordpress toolkit - Reset internal database and better management options

    Hello all,
in our environment we have a custom FileSystem structure and we need to "exclude" some directories from Wordpress Toolkit nightly task (where WP Toolkit find all the installed wp websites).

For example, can be really usefull have a section into file .user.ini where we can write an exclusion (or an inclusion where somebody else can need) like:

    [Wordpress-Toolkit]
    exclude-path="./blabla/", recursive="true"

actually, WPToolkit find other copies of httpdocs into our custom structure and put it into database as "damaged installations" and these are impossible to be removed.

Can be really usefull have a button where we can empty the…

  11. WordPress Toolkit site preview disabled.

WordPress Toolkit as the preview of the web-site uses the same sized images 1024x728 at any view settings such as list, titles and cards, also there is no cache for images. It might cause the performance issues such as slow load of a web-page.

Option to disable web-site preview, or smaller images for some regime such as list at which site-preview presented as thumbnail image around 130x100px would resolve this issue.

  13. WordPress messages

I would suggest to let resellers determine what messages go to customers. Now all messages to customers come form the Plesk administrator. Customers don't have any direct connection to the Plesk administrator. Resellers do. I think all applications based communications and settings should belong to the resellers.
