Alerts sent to webmasters
It would be good if alerts for subscription overuse such as breaching of space utilisation could be optionally sent to other user groups such as users who are set at webmasters.
Currently the alerts are only sent to Administrators.

To access the Plesk default configuration of port 8443 must be used yes . This port is for example of many commercial firewalls IWSS blocked - usually it is not possible einzuloggen- located in Plesk as it looks from the panel access via an alternative address , for example : to enable https://www.meineadresse.de/zugang/ . rather than via the port 8443

Support for CageFS
I'd really like to have support for CageFS in Plesk so I can use it with CloudLinux for managing user load on the server better

There is no need of "Subscriptions".. It is useless and disturbing a lot!
Term "Subscriptions" is of no any use and only disturbing a lot via email notification! You have purchase web hosting plan and just 30% used! though subscription will not allow to create new web hosting account due to "resources allotted to those 30%" !
1 voteYou can use Plesk editions without all of the service provider overhead, like management of customers, resellers or subscriptions.

Allow additional admin staff at the root level
AFAIK there is only one admin user in Plesk, able to manage the whole system including resellers. It would be helpful if we could assign 'whole system administrators' not just at the domain level.

1 voteYou can disable corresponding Apache modules (mod_php, mod_perl) on ‘Tools & Settings → Apache settings’ screen.
Since Plesk 12.1 (in development) you can turn of all php cgi handlers.

Graphical Plesk Database Table Overview
Create a graphical overview on the currently used plesk database schemata. Showing how the tables are related to each other!
That way debugging database inconsistencies becomes way easier.
