Better notification settings.
Please extend the notification settings in Plesk with more possibilitys to send direct mails to the clients. it is highly important that the administrator and reseller can change the Subject of the notification-mails (cause of language-issues). our clients get english subjects but the mailcontent is in german.

1. There is mass email notification to customers functionality https://docs.plesk.com/en-US/12.5/administrator-guide/mail/mass-email-notifications.59283/ so this request is already covered.
2. Setting subject for such notifications is already suggested by ohter customer in this uservoice request https://plesk.uservoice.com/forums/184549-feature-suggestions/suggestions/3672070-being-able-to-modify-the-subject-in-notification-e – please vote for it.—

allow incomming mail only from specific server
for Filter/security reasons only accept mails from specific mail-server (f.e. Dell sonic-Wall Mailserver IP/Host). Better would be to set this per Domain in Plesk.

Autoreply more options (like Roundcube filters)
It would be greate when there are more features and options in the plesk-side autoreply:
- start date
- html mail
- etc...=> like in the Filters of roundcube webmail.

autoreply only for certain subject match or from address
I would like to be able to configure the auto-reply feature to only fire if the subject does not contain certain words (E.g. Mail Delivery Failure or Delay etc.) or from a specific address (e.g. a known non-monitored mailbox)

Plesk Integration: Axigen
Hi,
Axigen provides Linux/Windows Mail Server.
Would be good if Plesk integrates with it as you have Linux/Windows platform so you can attract more marketshare.

Allow multiple email downloads in webmail
Currently in webmail, you can import multiple messages, but you cannot export/download multiple messages at once. How can I backup all of my email (from webmail) in just one, or a few goes (to a .csv?) instead of doing it one message at a time, which is totally impractical?

Now moving messages to spam folder is possible only with individual settings. It should be possible even for server-wide settings.

Rename e-mail count.
Sometimes I need to create a new e-mail than load all the mensages received in the old count in the new one.
It ill be easier rename the count1 voteCould you clarify your request? Do you mean “account” instead of “count”? If you do then you can rename mail accounts through Plesk. You should do the following steps in Plesk 12.5:
1. Open the domain where you have the mail account you want to rename
2. Open “Mail” in the menu of the domain
3. Find the mail account that you want to rename in the list of mail accounts
4. Open the account to edit
5. Edit the field “Email address” on the “General” tab. Enter a new name of the account

Support the use of centralised mail. You already allow centralised DB so it must be possible.

to help us find compromised accounts / out accounts sending spam, aid in fault finding when sending receiving emails, something nice that doesn't involve going into the unknown world of ssh!!!

Outgoing Messages List selection
In the Outgoing Messages List, it would be very useful to be able to select messages on some criterias like 'Address contains ...' or 'Sending Date is before ...' and so on.
