Ability to block emails from recipients that are in a certain mail list
Let's say I have a maillist on my Plesk for Windows server that sends emails to some external users.
I want a built-in ability to block emails from certain recipiens that are in the mail list.1 voteWe understand that you are seeking the ability to send mass emails but do not wish to receive replies from your target audience. To achieve this you can set your sender address to a non-existent mail address and configure your mail settings that emails directed to a non-existent mail address are rejected.

Plesk server using external SMTP
I need my Plesk server using external SMTP like SendGrid or whatever services.
Because IP for hosting sometimes easy become blacklist, cause IP sharing, many user to use it.

in the email setup menu please describe the parameters to configure my email client to operate with email-server powered by onyxhosting like this:
IMAP: server-address, port, security

Add external mailserver (with another IP)
Cloudflare is useless when you use the plesk mailserver, because you can't proxy the IP of the mailserver. It would be cool when you could add an external mailserver and all websites would be protected through Cloudflare.

Allow the upload of mailing lists to Plesk from MS Excel.
Utilize MS Excel or another list application to import mailing lists into Plesk mailing lists rather than having to type each individual address at a time.

Update Roundcube (and keep it updated)
Currently I am using 'Onyx 17.8.11' which comes with 'Roundcube 1.3.6' (11 Apr 2018). There have already been several updates:
1.3.7 - 27 Jul 2018
1.3.8 - 26 Oct 2018
1.3.9 - 31 Mar 2019Which contain bug fixes, security related fixes (not unimportant!) or compatibility with PHP 7.3.
They are currently on RC1 for version 1.4 which brings tons of new features:
- New responsive skin with mobile support
- Email Resent (Bounce) feature
- Improved Mailvelope integration
- Support for Redis cache
- Support for SMTPUTF8
Since it is not easy to manually install a newer distribution by ourselves, it would be nice…
1 voteNote, that we never support beta, preview or release candidate version of third-party components. In the upcoming Plesk version Roundcube 1.3.8 is supported. We constantly release Plesk updates that include support for new versions of third-party components. Maybe this doesn’t happen as quickly as you would like, but we always do it.

Don't restart Apache when an email address is created
In Onyx 17.8, when an email address is created Apache is restarted. There is no need to do this. Adding a few dozen email addresses results in Apache restarting a few dozen times, which looks like server problems to any clients or site visitors (lots of "bad gateway" errors from nginx).
I simply suggest not restarting Apache when changes are made to email accounts.
1 voteIn Plesk 17.9 Preview 7 the Plesk administrator can now select the type of Apache restart (graceful or normal) in “Tools & Settings” > “Apache Web Server” (under “General Settings”).
Using graceful restart will solve your issue.

Limit forwarding destination mail addresses
It would be nice feature to add ability to limit number of forwarding destination mail addresses, because now it is possible to add as much forwarding mail addresses as you want.

Server-wide e-mail settings - Blacklist
- Function extension: bad domains with wildcard app, such as "* .bad-domain.tld or "?.*.bad-domain.tld", similar to spam blacklist?
- Possibility of uploading txt file, similar to spam blacklist?
The problem: We have currently registered over 900 bad domains. 30% is held by domain variants.
1 voteThere is server wide white and black list settings in Tools & Settings → Mail Server Settings → Server-Wide Mail Settings → Black / White list. It allows wildcards in domain names.

1 voteYou can configure Spamassassin in Plesk UI already. Just go to Tools&Settings → Spam Filter.
It is not a good idea to install any third-party software for SA configuring beside the Plesk.—

When i create a new subscription, i need to create more e-mail addresses. I need to write mail addresses and passwords in a single screen to gain more time.

The reason is some ISP's block port 25 on smtp

I would like to the possibility to set an auto-reply not more than once every X days instead of only not more than X per day...

We already provide Horde webmail on both Linux and Windows, in addition to other webmail clients like Roundcube or SmarterMail.

Show spam filter score in email headers
It would be great, if the spam filter adds the spam score to the email header, so one can review them and alter the threshold accordingly.
