Possibility to activate DKIM and DomainKey without active local DNS
Please make possible generating and activating DKIM/DomainKey without having active local DNS server. Consider following situation:
You have a website that use as sender your domain when sending email and you are want to follow best practices in order to reach inbox, but this domain uses another server for DNS (cloudflare for example, godday, etc.). In this case you need to have DKIM/DomainKey signed mails without the need to activate local DNS server. Also mail management could be set off for that domain, but mails still should be able to be signed.
I believe that this scenrario is real and…
118 votesThis feature is available since Plesk 18.0.35, published April 20th, 2021. The “Mail Settings” page of domains now shows a hint how to enable DKIM signing for an external DNS server. The hint shows the exact DNS records users need to add to the DNS server.

Webmail - Enable users to edit out of office (auto-response) message in webmail directly
I'm not sure if any webmail option right now allows the email user to update their out of office / auto response message. I think the email user has to login to Plesk to be able to edit that right now (which is annoying).
Anyone have any suggestion on this?
113 votesThis feature is already available...
- in Plesk Premium Email (https://www.plesk.com/plesk-premium-email/, "Out-of-office autoresponder")
- in Roundcube webmail (Roundcube / Settings / Filters / need to create a new filter to answer all incoming emails)
- in SOGo webmail (SOGo / Settings / Mail / Vacation / "Enable vacation auto reply")
Let us know if you have any feedback - visit our forum at http://talk.plesk.com.

Add "Move to spam folder" option in Windows (currently available in Linux)
There is an spam filtering option to "Move to spam folder XXXX" on Linux, but not on Windows (Plesk 11+).
Unfortunately, horde doesn't work so well and every time when a message with broken header arrives, horde displays "Invalid Address" and no subject to all inbox messages. The described fix in https://kb.plesk.com/en/121175 doesn't work in this cases, forcing us to find the broken message manually (or scripting something to do the dirty job).
This feature should exists in Windows env as in Linux.
68 votesThis feature is available in Plesk for Windows like in Plesk for Linux. It is located in the Spam Filter Settings of a mailbox and named "Move spam to the 'Junk E-mail' folder"

autodiscover for iOS - Android mail systems
Add mail autodiscover functionality for iOS/OS & android mail clients please.
29 votesAutodiscover for iOS and Android has been available for a long while. Please see https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360015529259 for details. It can be turned on in "E-Mail Settings" of a domain. Please see https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360009747280 for more on that.
When autodiscover is switched on, the (i) icon in the rightmost column of the mailbox list includes additional assistance for mail configuration on different operating systems and applications, such as a QR code for iOS devices.
Please let us know in the comments if you are missing anything from these functions.

Setup vacation auto-reply via RoundCube webmail
- RoundCube webmail by Default provide a Vacation auto reply
- The option should not be hide in settings.
- Able to setup start and End date.
- Possible to set a limit to one message per day for each account.
17 votesOver several years this request has only received a few votes. Also, in Roundcube it is possible to create an auto-reply using "Filters", so there is basically an option to create auto-replies from Roundcube.
Roundcube is a separate 3rd party product that is not maintained by and cannot be extended by Plesk. Roundcube extensions can be purchased by server admininistrators seperately and are not sold by Plesk either.
Instead, a flexible auto-reply function is already available in Plesk mail configuration. For that reason we close this request.

Autodiscover is already available since Plesk Obsidian. Simply check "Enable mail autodiscover" on the mail settings page of a domain. Please see how it works on https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360009747280.
There is no need to add an alternative solution that does the same.

Knowing the mailbox name that exceeds the "outgoing email spam"
It will be better if plesk Outgoing Mail Control shows email instead of domain name.
9 votesWhen spam is sent through a mailbox, that mailbox is shown on the "outgoing mail" configuration page with its limit and the number of mails that exceeded the limit. When spam is not sent through a specific mailbox (without SMTP login for example through a script, the webserver) than there is no specific mailbox that can be identified.

Allow email accounts to change their own Webmail/SMTP/POP3 passwords without creating a Plesk user
We have lots of staff members who need an email address, but should not have access to Plesk in any way at all. Currently, the only way for them to choose a password, is to choose one and tell the Plesk Administrator what that password is, and have the Plesk Administrator configure their password for them. This is extremely unsecure. Something as simple as a 'send password reset link' button in the Email account configuration would work. This button would send an email to that account, and allow the email user to click on the link to change their Webmail/SMTP/POP3…
8 votesNo Plesk user account is needed to change the password of a mailbox. Instead, the user can login into his mailbox using webmail and change his password out of his webmail access. For example use Roundcube: Login to the mailbox in Roundcube, then click "Settings" > "Password" to change the password of the mailbox. The only requirement that this works is that the "Mail password change service" is allowed in the firewall, because password changes using a mailbox require a specific port. The port is open by default.

use Let'sEncrypt specific domain ssl on mail server per domain
i tried tricking dovecot adding this :
local domain.tld {
protocol imap {
sslcert = </opt/psa/var/modules/letsencrypt/etc/live/domain.tld/fullchain.pem
sslkey = </opt/psa/var/modules/letsencrypt/etc/live/domain.tld/privkey.pem
}
}
it worked, for Imap !but trying the equivalent on postfix, didn't work for smtp
-o smtpdtlskeyfile=/opt/psa/var/modules/letsencrypt/etc/live/domain.tld/privkey.pem -o smtpdtlscertfile=/opt/psa/var/modules/letsencrypt/etc/live/domain.tld/fullchain.pemPlesk automatically creates mail.domain.tld on DNS, and if you see information about how to log to the email: it says connect on domain.tld
but it throws a warning about the original ssl certificate.It could be so good if everything were automatic, the Plesk way :)
6 votesI think this feature request is addressing SNI. SNI with Let's Encrypt certificates has been around in Plesk for a long while. To use your own custom mail domain with SSL, simply take these two steps:
1) When you create or reissue the SSL certificate, check "Assign the certificate to the mail domain".
2) In the "Mail Settings" of your domain, select that certificate from the drop down box "SSL/TLS certificate for mail" and store the change.

View a board of Smtp queue
View a board of Smtp queue list to see if Serveur is working correctly and if nothing stop the serveur during sending messages
6 votesThis function already exists in two different variants:
1) If you want to see stuck mails that are still sitting in the mail queue for future delivery attempts:
Tools & Settings > Mail > Mail Queue
2) If you want to see what is going on in the mail log beyond the unsent mails from the "Mail Queue", then please use the free "Log Browser" extension https://www.plesk.com/extensions/log-browser/. It includes a "Mail" tab where you can see and filter the maillog, too.

Upgrade MailEnable in Windows editions to support SSL/TLS
The Windows edition of Plesk is currently using MailEnable as its E-Mail server and it is a community edition (Standard) which does not support secured services such as SMTP/s, IMAP/s, POP3/s. So its the only problem for us to get PCI compliance unless we buy it ourselves with a higher annually price. The Plesk company may deal with them for upgrading at least to the Professional edition and make it available in licensing with a suitable monthly price.
6 votesGood news everyone :)
Starting Plesk Onyx 17.5 the installation contains Mail Enable 9.10, which supports SSL/TLS in Standard edition. -
Outgoing mail control for scripts
We need a outgoing mail control for scripts...
Similar to the normal outgoing mail control..6 votesThere is an option in Plesk 12 and 12.5 to limit outgoing mail for subscription sent by scripts:
Settings for outgoing mail control
….
Allow scripts and users to use Sendmail. Scripts and users will be able to send email messages by using Sendmail even if the limits for a mailbox and domain are exceeded. The maximum number of messages can be sent will be defined by the limit for a corresponding entire subscription. Messages are sent on behalf of the subscription’s system user.

Enable Whitelist and Blacklist for Email
It would be very useful to add domains or email addresses to whitelist or blacklist so that my whitelisted domain doesn't show SPAM-Whatever in the subject or my blacklisted domains/emails never show up
5 votesThe feature is available in Plesk since version 12.0.

Add domain reputation based spam protection lookup in server-wide mail settings.
Add domain reputation based spam protection lookup such as the feed from dbl.dq.spamhaus.net, in addition to the existing IP DNSBL.
4 votesThe feature request is asking to protect recipients from spam by a domain reputation based lookup. However, this is already available by simply adding a suitable DNSBL like Senderscore to the DNSBL settings. Other solutions would require Plesk to operate their own DNSBL service, but that is not the task of a control panel.

Add max_connection to server-wide email settings
I frequently run into the problem not to be able to connect to my email server. The log shows: "Maximum connection limit reached"
If you have multiple email accounts, say for different domains, and you use them on your laptop, iphone and ipad, the connections sum up very quick one or the other can't connect anymore.
To get rid of this I'd like to have an option inside server wide email settings to be able to set MAXDAEMONS and MAXPERIP for courier-imap service, so I don't have to patch the
/etc/courier-imap/imapd
manually.4 votesOptions “Maximum number of connections (IMAP, POP3, IMAP over SSL/TLS, or POP3 over SSL/TLS)” and “Maximum number of connections for a user per IP address” already exists in server-wide Mail Settings in Plesk Onyx 17.8

Possibility to use several and different mail clients as per domain basis
Use different mail clients for different domains, as example.com would use Roundcube while example2.com would use Horde (or another 'separated' Roundcube instance).
3 votesWe would like to inform you that this feature is already available. You can select the desired webmail application from Domains > Mail > Mail Settings > Webmail.

One mail server for all subscriptions
I want to create just one mail server for all subscription
Like
smtp.example.com
imap.example.comAnd that settings needs to be for all subscriptions.
3 votesNo additional information has been provided for this request during several months. As mentioned before we believe that this feature is already available, because you can simply use the host name as the single-point mail server address. You can also have an SSL certificate on that name.

Add possibility to secure IceWarp webmail from Plesk
By current design of Plesk SSL certificates selected to secure webmail in Plesk doesn't secure IceWarp webmail URL.
Consider adding this functionality.
2 votesEvery domain or subdomain can be secured by a free SSL certificate by Plesk. There is nothing special about IceWarp that would prevent SSL for the domain or subdomain used for their webmail application.

Allow us to put any password we want
It is impossible to create strong pasword, most of users are forgetting their passwords because it is too hard with different symbols and numbers.
2 votesJust go To Security Settings and choose there “Minimum password strength” as “Very weak”. These passwords are typically short and use only one type of characters (lower or upper-case characters or digits). Example: password. This security level prevents simplest password-guessing attacks.
