  1. Automatic renewal of wildcard certificates when using Route 53

When renewing a (Let's Encrypt) wildcard-certificate, we first need to go the page for SSL of the specific domain, copy the new code, go to the DNS-page, update the records, go back to the certificate page and click renew. This seems like a lot of manual steps for something that can easily be automated.

I understand this has already been implemented for people who do not use the Route 53 plugin (or other DNS plugins), but since any change in Plesk DNS will automatically propagate to Route 53 with those plugins, I guess this can be fairly easily implemented, saving…

  2. Monitoring: tracking only for one selection per ressource possible

    Plesk path: /modules/monitoring/

Currently, you can only monitor a single selection per ressource. Many of the ressources have a selection. Wouldn't it make sense to be able to monitor more as one selection here? As example for CPU you have 8 choices.

    • cpu: percent-user:value
    • cpu; percent-system:value
    • cpu: percent-interrupt:value
    • cpu: percent-nice:value
    • cpu: percent-softirq:value
    • cpu: percent-steal:value
    • cpu: percent-wait:value
    • cpu: percent-idle:value

Currently I can only use a single one of this for notifications. It would be nice to have the possibility to monitor more than one selection per ressource.

  3. Add Cgroups Manager services to Watchdog's monitoring capabilities

For reliable usage it would be preferable that watchdog could start the processes for Resource controller (Cgroups) and controlld from the Cgroups Manager component if the process for some reason shuts down.

  4. WordPress toolkit notifications management

It would be great to be able to manage the WPTK notifications about the plugins new versions/updates to have an option to exclude the "new versions available" notificaton, when auto-updates are enabled.

  5. Select subscriptions for addtional admins

Currently, additional admins can be limited only by the actions they can perform. They have either access to one subscription (when created as subscription user), or to all subscriptions on the server (when created as additional admin). That is unworkable for agencies, where you have different developers or account managers having to work on more than one subscriptions, but when you don't necessarily want to give all team members access to everything all of the time.

There is a simple solution: allow the admin to use restricted mode to select a limited set of subscriptions that different team members have…

  6. Content Security Policy (CSP) Guide for a WordPress site in Plesk

I have started adding SHA header for the more than 100 scripts and styles on the home page.

May I ask if you could provide a Plesk recommended way to set CSP for a WordPress website, possibly with a nonce generator, and a functions.php planting of nonce addition to all current scripts and styles.

  8. Adjust the appearance of the warning regarding the second user (admin) being logged in to Plesk

In Plesk there is a feature to provide a warning once with each new session to inform you that another user (admin) is logged in to Plesk:

Warning: Another user with the same username (admin) is already logged in to Plesk.

The following improvement is suggested: make this warning a permanent one so the user do not “lose” it after switching to a new menu or after refreshing the first page opened. And also make this warning appear in the following case: the first user (admin) is logged in to Plesk, when a new user is being logged in, the…

  14. Please update your Mattermost version, your version is no longer supported by the Mattermost Android app.

Bring your Mattermost version up to date so that all features work on the Mattermost Android app and the app stops throwing a warning that the server version is out of date and not supported.

  15. Centralized SPAM settings

As what I can see, Im only able to control the SPAM filtering per user account address, there should be a main option where I can set all the email accounts SPAM settings like the sensibility level, and whitelisting/blacklisting.

  17. Apply a wildcard certificate to several subdomains at once

It would be useful to have an ability to apply a certificate for multiple subdomains at once if there is a lot of subdomains in the webspace.

  18. Allow configuring "From" header for cron tasks when remote SMTP (MSMTP) is used on a Plesk server

If Amazon SES(or some similar solution) is used as remote SMTP configured in Plesk, cron emails cannot be sent because "From" header is hardcoded in cron, here are some related threads:

    https://forums.aws.amazon.com/thread.jspa?messageID=540183
    https://stackoverflow.com/questions/15250199/crontab-email-through-msmtp-amazon-ses?rq=1

There is a workaround - to replace the symlink from /usr/sbin/sendmail to msmtp by a bash script with the following content:

    #!/bin/bash
    sed -e 's/From: root (Cron Daemon)/From: root@mydomain.com (Cron Daemon)/' | /usr/bin/msmtp -t "$@"

It would be great to have it applied by Plesk automatically and to have "From" header configurable from Plesk interface, for example in an additional field under Tools & Settings > External…

  19. Increase security with password less

Use passwordless or MFA on all service.

Strong passwords are key when it comes to internet service.

Many password resets information is sent to an email address. Access to such critical account should be protected with either passwordless or MFA functionality. A hacked email account with username and password is a golden ticket to steal the identity of customer/user.
