  1. Log changes in the DNS zones to the Action Log

    Currently, logging DNS zone changes is limited to the fact that there was a change:

    It would be nice to have an actual diff between the previous and the new state of the DNS zone, as in the current state there is not enough information

  2. Allow blocking Capital letters in Domain Names

    Allow blocking capital letters in the domain names as there are many issues caused by them (FastCGI, some extension, redirects and subdomains.)

  3. Server load balancing / multi-host

    Hi,

    We'd love to see the possibility of horizontal scaling on Plesk for WordPress websites. Meaning, we'd like to host 1 WP website, on different instances (servers), in different geographical areas.

    This setup would need to share 1 DB (i.e. Amazon RDS), but pull the assets from geographically different servers. Many times a CDN is not enough.

  5. Secure RDP using the Panel LetsEncrypt Certificate.

    Not sure if this is doable and when I asked support they suggested I post it here. Currently I need to purchase a certificate to stop the RDP Client nagging that the certificate is self signed when I connect to the server via RDP. Thought it may be possible to allow the same certificate used for the panel (or even a new one) that could be used to secure RDP instead.

  6. Add support for IPv6 to ka.plesk.com, hense Plesk licenses can be activate using IPv6

    So far ka.plesk.com does not have IPv6, therefore servers with Plesk that have only IPv6 addresses cannot activate their license.

  7. Customer/user accounts password expire after an specific time.

    I would like to have the possilibity to define an expiration time for customer/users created via Plesk.

    eg.

    Customer1 / user example / password expire after 30 days.

    10 days before an email notification is sent via email or an warning message via Plesk > customer account is displayed.

    Be able to add/manage the default gateway of IPv4/IPv6 address(es) through Plesk UI.

  11. Web deployment instructions, password

    It's not clear which password to use in web deploy (visual studio 2017) to IIS. As I understand I should use FTP account password. But which one? Which root folder should be at FTP user?
    Please create a separate page for web deploy with instructions and settings export.

  12. Obtain IP address of a domain via DomainResponse REST API request.

    DomainResponse request return only id, created, name, asciiname, guid, hostingtype. I suggest to include into this list IP address of a domain.

  14. Auditing of action for "Hosting Services"

    It would really help, if plesk logs/audit every action, which can be done at the hosting Services: Customers, Domains, Subscriptions.

    Each new or changed settings should be logged.

    Thus would reduce our support.

  15. Add email notifications for certain scenarios in the outgoing mail queue, e.g. "n mails waiting", "n mails processed in m minutes"

    It would be great to have the possibility to configure an alert/notification based on the Mail Queue.

    This way it would be possible to know if a certain amount of emails are being stuck in the queue.

    The alert should allow to chose a number of emails that should be in the queue before it sends a notification

  16. API request to update disk space on the server

    For example, if external mail server is using, and it is required to send disk mail usage from Mail server to Plesk

  18. Feature in Plesk UI to see File Manager Logs (Create/Remove Directories or Files)

    Currently, logs about create/Remove Directories or Files are only stored in panel.log with debug enabled. A feature for it will be appreciated in order to avoid enable debug into the server and increase server process.
