Thanks, great tool but it doesn't seem to work with Cloudflare hosted domains. "Domain is not active or IP address does not resolve properly. Please select an active domain!".

Add Google PageSpeed for IIS and Plesk for Windows.
Should be enabled or disabled by Domain:
