Avoid to the extent posible changing existing ui when you add new features.
As a developer we tend to want to put new features in the most prominent place often at the cost of hiding existing features. In most cases the new feature were more important than an existing feature it would already have been done and not be a new feature.
Therefore when adding a new feature an effort should be made to consider where it should go in the UI that it does not interfere with existing UI. This is especially true of reskining... reskinning often appeals to marketeers and novice users but alienates existing users.1 voteWe generally agree and put a lot of effort and care into preserving experience for existing users. We don’t reject changes per se, but make sure that the changes allow smooth transition.
However the provided statement is not actionable.
If you can tell specific recent examples of where you think the changes broke your experience – we can review them more carefully.Without examples we will have to close the request.

Fix Mailman so it would not require too permissive Postfix settings
In order for Mailman to work properly, the localhost addresses should be whitelisted, and "permitmynetworks" directive specified in the "smtpdclient_restrictions" of Postfix configuration.

As far as I know, Mailman hasn’t any ability to authorize itself on mail servers, so the server IP should be whitelisted on the mail server. Please forward your request to Mailman developers.

I am getting nowhere. I keep asking for PHP 5.4 and I am getting the run around.
Plesk is no help and there is no way to contact anybody else. This is what I have to work with. No support.

As I see, Piwik is incompatible with ModSecurity (https://piwik.org/faq/troubleshooting/faq_100/). Also I found closed issue on GitHub: https://github.com/SpiderLabs/ModSecurity/issues/600, maybe it could help you.

Problem of JMAIL.dll
When you updrade Plesk, each time, the upgrade add two right users at Jmail.dll.
This two new users created has for effect to put impossible to send a message from Form on my website...
Thus every update, I need to open my serveur to remove this rights... It's really crazy because i don't thik to be alone in this case... And since praticly 1 year, I need to do this... Can't you solve this little problem ?!

Rename special folders for IMAP or active Dovecot Plugin fix Android issue
Mailbox alias plugin
Requires Dovecot v2.1.10+ (and currently mailboxlistindex=no). This plugin can be used to configure mailbox aliases, which on the filesystem level are symlinks to other mailboxes. This doesn't magically solve the problem of showing clients e.g. multiple Sent mailboxes, but it can be used to make sure that all of the different variants will have the same mails in them. Unfortunately it also means that some clients will download the same mails to local cache multiple times.

E-Mail Whitelist export
Please make it possible to export the whitliste to a file...so that I can import this to my system. I Upgraded to new Plesk and they are all gone! Very bad.
