Yes this is a good idea, i wish to exclude cache folders for web sites and logs when I migrate, because those folders sizes may get too big and migrating them is a wast of time and waste of resources.

Seems Plesk team offer us to use costly Anti Virus so they can make more money, I think they will remove this comment, almost all other control panel offers the free ClamAV antivirus, so why not Plesk.

This is important, as some domain's size is big and some domains are doing their own backups and so on, so we can free space on backup size and resources to create backups.
