A decent paid extension would be better as an alternative to KAV and DR.WEB which are kind of too expensive.
Like Plesk Web Host is 15$ and KAV 30$ per month?...
People ask for Clamav as it is free and a 3-5$ addon to manage Clam through Plesk would show better potential for more Plesk users.

In Plesk Obsidian 18.0.54, published July 18th, 2023, the ability to tune the MySQL/MariaDB server performance was added to Tools & Settings > Performance Booster (under “General Settings”).
Please try it and let us know here what further improvements you would like to see.

Tip for this: use MySQL Workbench and you can do a lot of optimizations.

Thank you for your input. We will consider the possibility of implementing this feature in upcoming releases.
Since Plesk Onyx panel admin will be able to install different MySQL versions as a Docker containers, then the DB servers can be connected as remote DB to Plesk.

Current scope for Plesk Onyx is to enable an ability to serve all http(s) requests by Nginx only.
Note: apache will still be installed. Switching of apache to optional component is subject for the next release.
Update:
The ability to turn off Apache and have content served by nginx only on a per-website basis is now available in the latest Plesk Onyx 17.0.14 preview. We encourage you to check the implementation and let us know what you think. Please visit the following forum thread to learn how to access the preview: https://talk.plesk.com/threads/plesk-onyx-preview-and-feedback.337172
How to try this feature:
Go to any website, click Apache & nginx Settings and deselect the “Proxy mode” checkbox under nginx settings. The feature is also available in Service Plans.
We would appreciate hearing your feedback on implementation of this functionality. Thanks in advance!

You can get Nginx only service plans. Why some people can't get this working?...
PS. Using Plesk 12.X+ only.

Since Plesk Onyx you will be able to install memcache as a Docker container and configure http(s) proxy rule for it to map to your web app.
Docker and proxy rules are available in Plesk Onyx Preview already, you can try it here https://talk.plesk.com/threads/plesk-onyx-preview-and-feedback.337172/

APC can be added easy by any sysadmin.
Redis would be a lot better then Memcache as it supports PASSWORDS for each instance.
This way an instance could be attached to a subscription with a random password provided to the client only.
A mention is that passwords can be discovered by clients with full ssh access from the configs. It can be fixed by changing permissions to the folder and files for Redis configs.
I give a vote so the Plesk stuff would consider Redis or Memcache with sockets (like php-fpm) instead of tcp ports (personally I can secure Memcache as well in other ways).

Piwik is like Titanic VS a tiny fishing boat when compared to AWSTATS or Webalizer.
It is resource hungry. I've used it to track analytics data with it with websites that do 1M(illion) to 5M pageviews per month and Piwik was using more resources than all the other websites by using the JavaScript code to get accurate data for my clients.
The server logs parsing wasn't using resources at all in real time and it is nice, but lacks of all features that you would use for example in Google Analytics, which are trackable only with the JavaScript way.
At this moment Piwik can be installed as an app in a master domain of the website and it's very easy to configure it for certain needs.

My idea on PHP-FPM would be to have the ability to control the pools, like set min servers, max servers etc.
An example would be in ISPConfig where it can be controlled for every pool.

As for PHP-FPM, one of the main interest is to be able to control how php-fpm works.
This would allow fine-tweaking to the max how php runs for a certain subscription.

I think you mean it's Open Source. That doesn't means that somebody is forced to support something Free.
