    A. Server-side mail filtering is now availble with Plesk12 when opting to use Dovecot IMAP server

    3. It is also possible to change password from within roundcube webmail

The remaining feature integration would be great. Most email users aren't familiar with the panel so it's terribly clunky to manually implement auto-responders for them and configure mail forwards.

I know there is plugin available for auto-responders in roundcube called vacation... It's possibly fairly easy to modify for working with Plesk. Haven't got round to trying but would be great to have it built-in.

The user interface for Piwik is much more modern and friendly compared with awstats. I think it would be a useful addition to use it to analyse server logs as Stefan Brauner says. Or maybe there would be a way to allow users to add the code to the website themselves for full analytics support?
