    Hello @webdiz,

Plesk has SSL wildcard certificate support since long time already via Let's Encrypt.
It can also be used as white-label solution for the mail server same as a branded login URL to the admin panel.

Only FTPS connections are still using the single main SSL certificate of the host server.

    Kind regards,
    Michael

All resellers would love that feature to have a white-label solution also for FTPs connections.

As Martin Becker already mentioned some years ago, this feature is crucial for e.g. resellers in Germany for branding reasons, because *.de domains need glue-records for the nameserver entries in the DNS if the hostname of the nameserver is within the domain itself (subdomain). Many customers of the resellers are not familiar with this extra burden and moving the customers / resellers to new Plesk servers need then an update of all nameserver entries in the clients DNS systems because the IP is part of the entry.

Typical glue record with ipv4 and ipv6 addresses, e.g.:
    ns1.customer-domain.de zzz.zzz.zzz.zzz zzzz:zzzz:zzzz:z:z:z:z:z
    ns2.customer-domain.de yyy.yyy.yyy.yyy yyyy:yyyy:yyyy:y:y:y:y:y

For Plesk the Plesk Migrator is now an essential feature that is promoted instead of upgrading existing OS's of Plesk servers.
Without the support of DNS templates for resellers this is a big headache for all of us.

Glue records would not be needed, if I could make DNS templates for my resellers with nameserver entries like the ones already existing in a global scope:

    NS ns1.<reseller-domain>
    NS ns2.<reseller-domain>

This suggestion is now already 8 years old.
@plesk team please consider an implementation.
I think it's time to switch from "OPEN DISCUSSION" to at least "PLANNED".

All resellers will love you for that!
