We already have Server Health Monitor with ability configure Alarms and Email Notifications, it supports Disks monitoring, is there a particular reason you are not using this feature?

read only additional users
I would like to be able to create an additional User account in Plesk with read-only permissions for the databases so he can only view database, not edit. Right now it is possible only to grant full db management permission or do not grant it at all.

Migration tool - update remote DNS
We would like the Migration tool to work like it does on Cpanel.
When cpanel migrates an account if it is successfully migrated it will change the DNS records on the old server to point to the new server, this way clients do not loose emails while it waits for the name servers to move to the new DNS IPs.
If we are migrating 1000+ subscriptions, we cant update the NS1/NS2 IPs until all is done, during this time many emails have gone to the old server and clients may loose them! On Cpanel this wouldn't happen it would update…

We already have an ability switch DNS in Advanced Migration Mode (https://docs.plesk.com/en-US/onyx/migration-guide/migrating-from-supported-hosting-platfoms/advanced-migration-mode.77166/), is there a particular reason you are not using this feature?

IT SHOULD NOT BE SO HARD TO MAKE A PAYMENT A 2ND GRADER SHOULD BE ABLE TO DO IT. I AM CONSTANTLY CLICKING PAY INVOICE AND IT KEEPS SAYING OTHER STUFF THIS HAPPENS EVERY SINGLE MONTH KNOWING I USE THE SAME CARD THIS IS DREADFU;

Windows default doc
In windows IIS can be set to order a list of default doc, web.config in %pleskvhosts%.skel\0\httpdocs can be use to reorder. Site web.config however in most cases will overwrite the initial copy of %pleskvhosts%.skel\0\httpdocs there by the order will be that of IIS.
In Onyx client can redorder assuming the order is not set via client web.config. A means to allow the setting of the Onyx default order will be excellent as the onyx default have .htm as priority over .asp and hence in many cases the default welcome page in %plesk_vhosts%.skel\0\httpdocs which is index.html is the priority…

Reload PHP-FPM only once with `/usr/local/psa/bin/php_settings -u` (Plesk 12.5)
To update custom PHP-FPM pool settings, the command
/usr/local/psa/bin/php_settings -ushould be used to include any new custom files from /var/www/vhosts/system/*/conf/php.iniHowever, this command seems to reload PHP-FPM for every subscription, which will cause unnecessary downtime on servers with a larger number of subscriptions.
This behavior was fixed only for the newest version of Plesk Onyx (17.5).
Unfortunately it was not fixed for Plesk 12.5 yet, which is still supported by Plesk.This issue could expectedly be solved quite easily, by modifying the script in

Make it possible to create an alias to a specific page
A lot of hosting providers make it possible to not only redirect a alias to a domain, but also to a specific page of domain. For example to plesk.com/forums instead of pleask.com

Shared IP limit
To be able to set a "used by subscriptions" limit for shared IPs. E.g. a specific IP can be used by maximum 10 times by subscriptions.

Domain list display with Web Admin Edition
With Web Admin Edition in the list of domains you have a row that is displayed just for one domain with the following items: File Manager, Mail, Databases (see attached screenshot). It is unclear why it is being displayed under this particular domain, but the request is to be able to set the domain under which this row is to be displayed.
