Windows default doc
In windows IIS can be set to order a list of default doc, web.config in %pleskvhosts%.skel\0\httpdocs can be use to reorder. Site web.config however in most cases will overwrite the initial copy of %pleskvhosts%.skel\0\httpdocs there by the order will be that of IIS.
In Onyx client can redorder assuming the order is not set via client web.config. A means to allow the setting of the Onyx default order will be excellent as the onyx default have .htm as priority over .asp and hence in many cases the default welcome page in %plesk_vhosts%.skel\0\httpdocs which is index.html is the priority and hence allowing admin to set the Onyx default order will be great eg - on windows nodes we do not support php hence it would be nice to remove php as part of the order
