my site keeps going down once a week. Even though I am a Premium customer. We need a way for my site to be available 24/7
I have to always login to plesk and restart my app pool. Need Plesk to catch that before I do. Customers should not have to worry about that.
1 voteIf app pool requires a constant restart, it means that something is wrong and is not working properly. It is question of technical support. Just some random ideas you might consider:
1) Hve a system that doesn't take ten years to load EVERY SINGLE PAGE.2) When you click on "install plugin," it actually installs the plugin. I know this might be a novel concept, but think about trying it out.

An extension which can evaluate and test SPF, DMARC and DKIM records and make suggestions on best security settings.

Installer should inform about releases not available due to downgrading of
it should be mentioned that downgrading is not possible if an older release of Plesk is selected with plesk-installer instead of saying there is no release with that ID:

Maintain rejected email messages in a queue to be sent later
instead of the messages being rejected and receiving the error “Transaction failed. The server response was: 5.7.0 Your message could not be sent. The limit on the number of allowed outgoing messages was exceeded. Try again later” to get the server to try deliver the emails at a later time. maintaining it in a queue.

Add more display rows for mail queue in Plesk interface
Currently, mail queue has only 10, 25, 25, 100 rows in filter. It does not help much if over 50,000 spam emails on the server and require to delete them
