  1. Ability to sync Outgoing mail control limits

    Currently, it is possible to sync Outgoing mail control limits only if "Ability to change mail settings" permission" is disabled on service plans.

    But if this permission disabled customers cannot disable or enable the email service for their domains. This is needed by customers, because they have sometimes external mailserver like Office365

  2. Ability to unlock & Synchronize multiple subscription via GUI

    It is required to have ability to synchronize multiple or all subscription in Plesk GUI. For example to unlock & sync subscriptions that belong to specific reseller or customer. It is required when need to transfer all subscriptions to another reseller

  3. Show overusing mailboxes if subscriber cannot be changed due to insufficient resources warning

    When attempting to change subscriber for a subscription under a reseller, the following warning is returned:
    Unable to continue subscription transfer: this subscription requires more resources than can be provided by the new owner's provider. However, the mailboxes exceeding the limit are not specified.

    It is impossible to see which mailboxes exceed limits, especially if there are hundreds of domains on the reseller.

    The suggestion is to include affected mailboxes into the warning, or at least to provide a [GUI] tool to find such mailboxes among all subscriptions under the affected reseller.

  4. Ability to set in service plan which hosting type will be available for customers

    Currently, it is possible to disable hosting at Service plans > serviceplan > Hosting Parameters

    In that way customer will only have option "No hosting" and cannot change it.

    I would suggest add the ability to choose which option will be available for customers. For example:

    No hosting
    Forwarding

    OR

    Only forwarding

    OR

    Web Hosting
    No hosting

    Currently, only administrator can change hosting type if web hosting is disabled in service plan

  5. Ability to assign dedicated IP to reseller without lock from syncing with service plan

    When you add IP address at Tools & Settings > IP addresses the Reseller becomes locked from sync with service plan. This is expected because such resource is not set in service plan.

    If you set 1 to "Allocate dedicated IPv$ addresses" option all resellers under this service plan will have dedicated IP assigned.

    It is required functionality to assign dedicated IP to reseller without lock from syncing with service plan and in the way that only this reseller has dedicated IP assigned. It can looks like Reseller service plan add-on.

  7. Allow roles that are limited to managing specific domains within a subscription

    Allow creation of sub users with access to only one domain or subdomain inside the subscription

    If a customer owns a subscription with 2 or 3 domains it would be useful that a user for a webdev could be added so that he can manage the domain/subdomain not only from FTP but Dbs etc.

  8. More flexible "Hosting settings management" permissions option

    More flexible "Hosting settings management" permissions option. For example, disable "CGI support" and "SSI support" to be modified by a customer but allow other Hosting settings to be modified.

  9. Add ability to select 64-bit drivers in ODBC Data Sources

    In the menu "ODBC Data Sources", it is possible to select only 32-bit ODBC drivers upon setting up a connection, even if 64-bit version of a driver is installed in the system (MS Access .mdb driver for example).
    Customers should be able to select 64-bit drivers as well.

  10. Additional account for reseller with same permissions

    We as web agency have the following use-case:

    • We run the Plesk server

    • A customer of us acts like a reseller for us and we configure him as reseller in Plesk

    • This reseller creates his customers with their subscriptions. The reseller manage different customers with different subscriptions.

    • Our customer acting as reseller has a team managing his customers.

    • Each team member of the managing team of our customer (acting as reseller) should have his own user. These users should have access to all subscriptions of all the customers of the reseller.
      (a copy of the initial reseller user)

  11. Allow resellers to change main customer's domain name

    If the option 'Forbid customers to change the name of their main domain' set in Tools & Settings > Server Settings, reseller also unable to change the main domain.

    The Reseller is Administrator for his customers and should have this right.

  13. Add warning message if Postgres installed on the Web Admin License but without Developer pack extension

    The Postgres installed on the Plesk Web Admin edition but not persists in Tools & Settings > Database servers.

    To manage PostgreSQL Developer pack extension required. But it does not produce any warnings about that which is confusing.

    Also, there is no information about Developer pack in license management. I would suggest to add new tab "paid extension" in Tools & Settings > Licensing management

  14. Add Nagios support

    It would be nice to add Nagios support in Plesk, since there are no other tools to monitor Plesk mail server, such as Postfix, to check mail queue, ability to send messages etc.

  16. Сharge customers based on their website visitors, rather than allocated server resources

    Add option in Service Plan Resources, which can regulate number of users.
    OR
    Allow set different bills by the end of period (month) according to the number of visitors

  17. let the user manage the disk space while the subscription is suspended.

    Let the subscriber delete the emails by him/herself to make some space when the allowed disk space is overused. Now we can't do anything to make space once the subscription is suspended. Have to call the support every time. It's really fraustrating!!!

  18. Disable Scheduled tasks for disabled domain

    If I disabled, suspend domain or account the cronjobs still working​

    Tasks and sytem user are subscription level objects. So, they are disabled when you suspend a subscription. If you suspend or disable a domain tasks and system user are not disabled.

    Please, update plesk system change level object to domain, not to suscription.

  19. Overuse Policy: Overuse is not allowed + Grace Period

    Right now there are 3 options:

    • Overuse is not allowed (this is preferred but will disable customers site once limit is hit)
    • Overuse of disk space and traffic is allowed
    • Overuse is allowed (not recommended)

    Scenario:

    A resellers Overuse Policy is set to:
    Overuse is not allowed

    That reseller has his warning set to 90% of his 10GB package.
    But on 1 day, one of his customers uploads 2GB.

    Effect: His total package has 12GB and the nightly run will disable his package, without warning.

    Result: The reseller is angry because all of his customers are offline,
    only because one…

  20. provide a way to see why a subscription is locked

    Many times I find that some subscriptions won't sync because they are locked. I'd really like to know why they are locked. So far, I've been able to unlock & sync with no noticeable changes. But I'm left wondering what caused the lock in the first place. And I'm afraid that I'll realize later something no longer works as expected.
